Yes, of course. We work with either your chosen cleaner or contractor, or yourself directly. We can provide you with a login to our cleaning app to manage all your cleaning. We have a number of owners who currently do this. 

Yes, as we to all the distribution and guest management. What we do for a lot of our owners is put a % loading on the Online Travel Agents (OTA's) so the guest would cover the commission from them. 

We only manage properties where guests will get exclusive use of the space such as houses, apartments, townhouses and granny flats that have their own private entrance. 

If the space is a shared space such as a bedroom within the house where common area's are shared we are unable to help you let these types of spaces, sorry. 

We don't do cleans and linen directly but we can work with either your chosen contractor or our recommended ones to get these services organised for you.

We do not have in house staff or contractors, which we see as an advantage, as this means we can work with anyone. 

We also get you to pay the cleaning invoices directly to save us time and ensure your always getting your cleaning and linen done for cost price, we don't put a loading or margin on top like many other companies do. 

We charge 15% Plus GST commission per booking. We load this cost onto the price the guest pays. So if you want $100 per night for your place as an easy example we would charge the guest $116.50 for one night (and any other fees that are applicable.) So in essence the guest will pay for us to manage your property. (Example only) 

If you stay with us for a minimum of 12 months it will cost you nothing to list with us upfront. If you decide to cancel within 12 months or you wish to only holiday let for under 12 months there is a $990AUD Incl GST setup fee, as it takes us a lot of work to get your place up and running on all our sites. But due to a loyalty bonus we will waive this if listed with us over 12 months. (Some conditions apply)

You absolutely can! And many do... Time and time again we see to their own detriment. If you are happy with mediocre results then this is the correct way.

But when you list with STR Marketing Co you are getting a professional dedicated team at your back, and your property will be listed on many Online Booking Sites not just one, including our own sister site AwayStayPlay. We also do social media content to get a following.

This will get you much exposure and in return more revenue for your investment and time.

You can also ring an Australian any time and get quick responsive help without the wait times.

You are also going to get far more bookings than self managing as we have access to very expensive pricing and booking software that gets fantastic results and makes Short Term Renting easy. We can save you so much time also to follow your other passions or set up another Short Term Rental by taking care of all guest issues, messages, check in and check out instructions, and detailed instructions and recommendations for your local area. 

Our online contactless check-in service is second to none and we have a dedicated owner portal that you can see all your reports and keep track of your income and progress.

We also have over 20 years experience in the industry before most on the larger online platforms where even around, so you have knowledge on your side.
